Hillary Lacks

There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to wellness; if the typical tips and tricks aren’t working for you, let’s find what does.

Hillary Lacks, LLC provides neurodiversity-informed wellness services through coaching, adaptive movement and mindfulness, and professional development and workplace training.

Neurodiversity refers to the concept that neurological differences in processing and cognition are natural variations of the human brain rather than disorders or deficits that need to be fixed. Hillary Lacks, LLC emphasizes the value of embracing diverse ways of thinking, communicating, and being.

Wellness Coaching

There is no one way to move about the world; we need to put those expectations aside. Let’s explore what happiness and success looks like for you, and make plans to get there.

Professional Development

Learn how to make and hold space for neurodivergent clients and colleagues in systems where disabilities are stigmatized and under-represented.

Adaptive Movement

There is a lot of messaging about what movement “should” look like and be for, and that can make it hard to listen to your body’s needs… but movement can be whatever you need it to be!

What Our Clients Say

Hillary has been teaching movement and wellness classes at SpArc Services on a weekly basis to a large group of adults with intellectual disabilities. From the moment she met our participants, she was immediately able to form a relationship with them that allowed them to trust her, to want to participate, and to feel comfortable trying new poses, new movements, and new experiences.  She brings a sense of calm to our program, and the participants love to talk about everything they are learning with Miss Hillary!
