Adaptive Movement

Adaptive Movement

My classes prioritize feeling good, having fun, and learning about yourself; growth and skill-development come second to participant safety and comfort. I create space for movement to be empowering, enjoyable, and individualized.

Using practices of intuitive movement and mindfulness, I guide participants through accessible programming that supports both mental and physical wellbeing. Classes help participants develop a better understanding of their body, mind, and internal cues, leading to increased self-confidence, meaningful coping skills, and functional strength and mobility. Acknowledging that movement and health look different for everyone, participants are encouraged to adjust programming in a way that serves their body and mind.
