Adaptive Movement

Adaptive Movement

If you have physical, sensory, or social accessibility needs that make movement feel overwhelming or unapproachable, look no further.

Hillary is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Barre Instructor, and Adaptive and Inclusive Fitness Trainer who prioritizes intentional movement, mind-body connection, and personalized modifications. She is also a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for disability inclusion, and understands the systemic barriers to inclusive and accessible movement.

Hillary’s adaptive movement services support participants in finding what works best for their individual bodies, and gives people the knowledge to tailor workouts to their individual needs. Movement is not one-size-fits-all, so finding your groove can take some guidance.

Want to work with a certified Adaptive and Inclusive Fitness Trainer to come up with a movement plan that meets your individual needs?

Hillary creates a safe and inclusive space where individuals of all abilities can explore the transformative power of movement… reminding us that movement is for every body and every soul.
